MINI JUNIOR
The MINI JUNIOR is an automatic machine for disc cutting: tapas for empanadas, smaller diameters of disc and many other products up to 16 cm of diameter, starting off the dough sheet. Thanks to its desing, the Mini Junior takes up little space.
The MINI JUNIOR has an automatic dough trimming extraction system, with a side outlet for the reuse of the same.
The MINI JUNIOR can work with or without the separaing nylon, thanks to the fact that the nylon is placed separately from the cutting of the empanada disc. This also generates the advantage of having a square separator that at the moment of consuming the product facilitates its separation.
